Shipping & Returns
Delivery costs will depend on your location and the weight of your order. The Candy Queens website will calculate these costs automatically for you when you select the correct weight. You can put together an order into your Shopping Cart and get a Postage Estimate without going to the Checkout stage. This will allow you to add or remove items in relation to postage costs. If you are not sure of your weight please contact us via phone or email.
All our shipping is express post!
In the case of items being out of stock you will be contacted and advised of the shortfall. We can offer a similar product or refund the amount paid for the unavailable item. Please keep an eye out for your parcel or a pickup slip in the mail. A pick up slip is left if the delivery could not be left safely at your address and your parcel is awaiting you at your local Post Office. To pick up from the Post Office will require ID for proof of addressee.

Returns & Guarantees
We will provide an exchange or refund if we are satisfied that the products you received are not the ones you requested. To make a claim, please email us in the first instance, no longer than 48 hours after receiving your goods. Please include photos of the damaged product.
No refund will be given for heat effected confectionery. The Candy Queens will pack your order with care but we can not guarantee the weather and where the package is left. In some cases you may need to return the products to us via post so we can fully consider your refund. In such cases, return postage costs will be refunded to you if the goods you received are found to be incorrect.
